Shipping policy

LOCAL PICKUP

• In store pickup is available Friday-Saturday 10AM-5PM. Please allow up to 24h for processing, and an email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If curbside/contactless pick-up is preferred, please call  Friday-Saturday 10AM-5PM to make arrangements. 

WATERLOO/KITCHENER 

• Free delivery on orders over $75 within Waterloo/Kitchener area (refer to map). 
• Please email us if you are close to the Waterloo/Kitchener boundary
• $10 flat rate applies to orders under $75
• Please allow up to 24 hours for processing. 
• Deliveries will be made within 48 hours in the late afternoon/early evening  (3pm-8pm)

 

Outside of Delivery Zone 

• Orders will be shipped within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) using Canada Post. Canada post delivery standard is 2-7 days.
