The standard for our in-house drip coffee, Puma is a classic yet fruity roast with notes of Red fruit, Peach, and Cacao
This coffee comes from Riripa village in West Arsi, Sidamo, Ethiopia, where small-scale farmers cultivate it at elevations between 1,900 and 2,200 meters. They employ traditional farming methods, intercropping coffee with food crops, and follow organic practices with minimal mechanization. The diversity of coffee varieties in Sidamo contributes to a complex flavor profile, a hallmark of the region. After careful selection and processing at a local washing station managed by SNAP Trading & Industry PLC, the coffee undergoes traditional pulping, fermentation, and drying processes. Ethiopia's rich coffee heritage, combined with recent improvements in traceability, enables direct partnerships with farmers to produce exceptional, quality-traceable coffee lots. The country's unique coffee varieties and traditional practices are key to its reputation for producing distinctive, high-quality coffees.
